This is your opportunity to meet the hiring manager and gain a deeper understanding of the role itself and where it fits within departmental and organizational goals.

This is meant to assess the technical and job-related skills - can be done live or in a take home challenge format.

Examples: a coding challenge for an Engineer or a MS Excel test for an Analyst or drafting a press release for a Public Relations Manager.

Stakeholder interview
You’ll meet with a member on a team that this role will collaborate frequently with.
Ex: Product Manager meeting with Engineering candidates. The goal here is to gain perspective from a colleague from outside of the direct team you're
applying to join!

‍This is an opportunity for you to meet with the Executive leader of the division or department. This gives you an opportunity to learn about the long term vision for this team within �й�Pվ and the key goals and initiatives for this group.
