This is meant to assess the technical and job-related skills - can be done live or in a take home challenge format. Examples: a coding challenge for an Engineer or a MS Excel test for an Analyst or drafting a press release for a Public Relations Manager.

You’ll meet with a member on a team that this role will collaborate frequently with.
Ex: Product Manager meeting with Engineering candidates. The goal here is to gain perspective from a colleague from outside of the direct team you're
